Free Trial & Freemium Access

GUIA offers a freemium plan that allows users to explore key features of the platform at no cost. We encourage users to make use of this plan before deciding to upgrade to a Premium subscription.

Paid Subscriptions

When you choose to upgrade to a Premium subscription, payment is collected upfront based on your selected plan (i.e. monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month).

Because our product is digital and full access is granted immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we recognize that certain situations may arise, and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • A billing error occurred (e.g., you were charged twice for the same subscription).
  • You were unable to access the Premium features due to a verified technical issue on our end, and support was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You requested a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not extensively used the Premium features (e.g., completed more than 2 practice tests or mock exams).

To request a refund, email us at learn@guiaguide.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Username] and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request
  • Photo or screenshot if applicable

We aim to process valid refund requests within 7 to 10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime. Once canceled, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused time.
